I blog more than she does on her own blog!

No suprise here, it's Kathy again. I talked with Becky yesterday about blogs. After we got off the phone I decide I'll fill my boring time by changing Becky's blog. I'm really starting to believe that I blog on Becky's Blog more than she does. I changed the background yesterday, and today I'm writing a pointless blog about how she doesn't do it. She did say that she needs to add wedding and holiday pictures to her blog. I wonder when she'll get around to it.

We're very excited for when Aunt Ducky comes down tomorrow to have fun with us. We're going to have fun eating and playing games. If not we can leave the kids with Ben and SCRAPBOOK! Right?

Well, I'm going to sign off to "hopefully" get a nap while my 4 and 2 1/2 year old watch Wall-e. We'll see if I get a nap. My prego bod needs one really bad.

Oops I did it again!

Oops I did it again. I got into your account. Messed it all up. oh oh baby do it to me one more time.

Did I do that? Of course I got into your account again. What else can I do to fill the empty time when you're not around?

Love,

Kathy

Twilight!!!! No spoilers!!

So Twilight came out on Friday and my little sister Amy, my roommate Lacy and her friend Amanda all went to the 7:10 showing at westhills. Lacy and I had bought advanced tickets at the beginning of the month so we didn't have to worry about that. Amy got off school early in the afternoon so she went straight to the theatre and lined up so we could get good seats. She was there at just after 4 and was first in line (we love you Amy) we got seats in the 2nd to back row which was awesome. The theatre was packed full of screaming girls. It was pretty funn, everyone screamed when the movie started and when Edward first appeared on the screen and a couple of other times. There were a lot of girls that had made homemade t-shirts professing there love for Twilight and being "twerds" and there love for Edward. There were some pretty creative ones. The movie itself was pretty awesome, I loved it. It differs a little bit from the book but not much. What really impressed me was that there really wasn't any nudity and no swearing. You don't find to many movies like that now a days so it was very refreshing. I've heard that they have budgeted to make three more movies. So now we have something to look forward to.

The idea was brought up, put down then revived!

Dear Aunt Ducky,

You are not allowed to erase anything in this post. If you do then I'll just contact your mum and then post some interesting stories about ya! Ok?

So I kept bothering Becky that she needed to change the background of her blog. It was boring and had been there for too long. So I suggested to her to email me her information and I would update it for her.

I had thought about the idea of posting some silly little blog like this, but decided not to. Then earlier tonight Becky told me that she checked to see if I did put something up. So this tid bit encouraged me to write something on her blog.

Becky is a wonderful gal. Our family really adores her. She is one of the most loving, caring human beings that I know. We're very grateful to have her in our lives. Thank you for all of your help.

I love this picture of Becky. It shows a beautiful woman who is on top of the world. She is one of those rare beauties who should not be looked down upon. There is nothing that she wont do to help her family and friends.

We love you!

What a crazy month.

It's been a crazy few days. We had a break-in at our house on Friday night. My roommate got home from work and the front door was wide open, all the lights in our house were on and all the doors were open. The really weird thing is that nothing seems to be missing. A few things were messed up and whoever was in the house went through some stuff. We called the police and they came and took a report. Although they seemed to think that we were making it up or wasting there time. 'Cause you know we have nothing better to do on a Friday night than bother the police.

Saturday I went with my friend Kathy and her two kids Emily and James down to lethbridge. Her family is moving down there so she wanted to look at places. We had lots of fun on the way down singing songs and playing with the kids. We did some shopping and looked at a place and hopefully she gets it. On the way back to Calgary we stopped in Claresholm to visit Marci and Dave and their 3 kids. We had a blast hanging out with Marci and she taught Kathy how to make pies. The kids got along and had tons of fun. Emily and James fell asleep on the way home so Kathy and I were able to visit which was nice. I love having awesome friends. Kathy is awesome she was supposed to go on a date with her hubby on Friday night and I was going to babysit for them, but when she called me I was pretty upset about the break in and her hubby let her come over and visit me. I was so grateful for that, she got me out of the house and helped me to calm down which is just what I needed.

Work is starting to get back to normal finally after moving to our new location and getting away from the jerk who we were sharing space with. There is still a lot to do but it's getting there and it's sooo nice not to have to worry about someone always watching over my shoulder.

I'm enjoying the fall and hoping that it doesn't snow any time soon.

Pictures from Summer

Here are a few pictures from summer.

First Post

Well here I am, I've seen so many people lately with blogs that I decided to start one of my own. This is a little peek inside my life, it's not always exciting but its me.
So last night my roommate Lacy and I were driving home from the YSA activity and we decided to roll down the windows in her car and sing at the top of our lungs while driving through downtown it was sooo much fun. I don't think I've enjoyed myself that much in a long time. Tonight is the YSA dance which she is dragging me to. Hopefully it's fun.
