Wrist Update

So I am happy to announce that I have been cast free since March 16th. Although I did have a bit of a scare a couple of days after it came off thinking it was rebroken everything has been good. I'm starting to get the range of motion and mobility back. It still gets sore if I do a lot and overuse so I have been careful and not been overdoing it. I'm soooo happy not to have a cast and that everything healed fine. I will not be taking forgranted the fact that I have two working arms and hands it's a blessing. I am amazed and have a lot of respect for those people that have disabilities now.

Cast

So I have had the full cast on for about a week and a half now and I'm getting used to it sadly. Its amazing what I can do one handed like typing and I'm starting to get fast at it too. I will never again take for granted the fact that I have two arms. I'm still finding it pretty difficult to do a lot of things like opening a can (can't do this at all), showering, washing dishes, cleaning.....hmm everything. I'm counting the days until it comes off hopefully for good! Although it is a good way to get out of chores!!!!
